If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged anything. If you choose to cancel your account in the future you'll never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.
No. There are no additional fees or long term contracts. You can cancel your account for any reason at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Changes will apply immediately. You will be billed at the new rate at the end of the current billing cycle.
The only limits are the number of projects per plan. You can create websites as complex as you want and with as many pages as you’d like.
Webpop does not have any have hard storage, bandwidth or usage limits. We have soft limits for each plan to prevent abuse.
We want your sites to be successful so we will never block your service when you need it most. We don’t meter bandwidth, or page views, but if we notice that your account is getting heavier-than-average traffic, we may ask you to bump up to the next plan, or work out an alternative solution.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card billing enables us to activate accounts immediately and automatically renew accounts every month.
